1 / when will my order arrive?
GraphicSugarGoods is currently only shipping within the contiguous united states.
most of our items are made to order just for you and they all ship from the U.S. our typical standard production + processing time is 3-5+ business days. after processing, orders typically arrive within 2-8 business days after being shipped. processing time + shipping = delivery date. please note that the day you place your order is considered day 0, with the next business day being the beginning of the production period. certain items are printed, cut, and sewn together by hand when you order, and these items may take longer to produce. although we strive for accuracy in our shipping estimates, delays can happen, especially during peak gifting holiday times. your items will be delivered as quickly as possible. we are unable to offer refunds due to carrier delays.

if you require an item to be delivered to by a specific time frame, please message us before ordering to confirm that an item can be expedited for you or to confirm that an item will arrive by your desired time. we do not take responsibility for a product not arriving at your desired time when fulfillment time framed and shipping time frames have been provided here. returns or cancellation requests will not be accepted for any items not received by a specific date.
​​​please note: items in your order can or might ship separately due to different methods of packaging required to ensure your order is not damaged during transit. paper products such as greeting cards and stickers will usually ship in separate packages. you will receive a separate shipping email for each item.
2 / which shipping carriers do you use?
our shipping partners include the US Postal Service, DHL, and FedEx (and their affiliates). we reserve the right to select an alternate shipping method at no additional cost to you, to help ensure your order is not delayed.
3 / can i update shipping info after my order has been shipped?
once an order has been set for shipment, the shipping carrier and information cannot be changed, and the order cannot be stopped or pulled from shipment.
4/ can i cancel my order?
orders can only be altered up to one (1) hour after being placed. this includes a change in shipping address, application of a discount code, or otherwise cancellation or addition of items. as orders immediately go to our printing department for processing after one (1) hour of being placed, your order will not be able to be altered in any way after it has been sent to production. please email us immediately if you need to cancel or update your order. we are unable to offer refunds for unwanted orders once the one (1) hour timeframe has passed. as stated above, we cannot change the address of an order once the order has been shipped.
5 / what is your return policy?
due to the made-to-order nature of our items, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. items that are misprinted, damaged upon transit, or otherwise incorrect in size and/or color will be replaced at no extra cost to you as long as the issue is communicated to us within four business days of your order being delivered and provide photo proof if requested. we are a small business with hand-printed items, so returns/exchanges/refunds for items ordered in the wrong size, items you've changed your mind about, or mistakes in spelling on custom items will not be accepted (unless we are at fault). please double-check your size and color selections when ordering. size charts with measurements are available here, and taking your own measurements at home to ensure your desired fit is highly recommended if you aren't sure which size to order. you can also reach out to us to see more images and examples of our base t-shirt colors.

6 / return to sender/invalid address/lost in transit
if you provided a wrong address at the time of order you may contact us as soon as possible. we can only make address changes within one hour of when the order is place. customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information and we are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered. shipping fees are non-refundable. if you refuse any shipments or enter the wrong address you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. this amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. refusal to pay for re-shipping fees, will result in a 50% restocking fee.

items held at the post office: it’s the customers responsibility to contact the post office and schedule re-delivery if a package is being held. GraphicSugar is not responsible for doing this. if a package is returned due to not being picked up, it will be considered a return to sender and a re-shipping fee must be paid in order for the package to be sent out. refusal to pay any reshipping fee will result in a partial refund.

please note that orders are strictly non-refundable if your parcel failed to deliver due to "no recipient at time of delivery" or "wrong address" entered on the order, or if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered successfully. if the order is noted delivered, contact your nearest post office. we do not have more information on the status of the package, we can only see what is provide on the carrier website. please track your item before messaging us. please keep in mind we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. orders lost in transit will be provided a replacement order. we do not offer refunds in this case, only replacement orders for lost packages.
a shipping fee will be charged if you do not claim your item and it is returned due to invalid address. the charge will be 20% of the total charge per item.

please contact us if you did not receive your order within 30 days from your order confirmation email. after 30 days, your order will be marked as closed and we will not be able to process any refunds.
all orders shipped include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. if the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the respective courier within your area to investigate the issue. we will not be held accountable for parcels when tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered successfully. we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
7/ order acceptance policy
your receipt of electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. we reserve reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
8 / it looks like my card was charged twice. why?
what you may be seeing is an authorization. this is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. this authorization will clear and you will see one charge for the order you have placed. please note that your bank may take up to 48 hours to clear the authorization. if you need help speeding up the process you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card. please only click the ‘place order’ button once during checkout to avoid duplicate orders being placed.
9 / i'm looking for something specific. can you help?
probably! if you need one of our designs on a different colored base t-shirt or a size not offered, we can most likely make that happen. our product options are set up to ensure streamlined production, but we do have access to various suppliers who carry different base products. we will accommodate your special requests as long as our suppliers have what you need in stock.
